So, let’s just be straight with this – ALL of these are just so massively important to you not just being around for the next decades but being able to LIVE and contribute over those same decades.

Some comparisons on these – we are typically in a dire lack of exercise – the American Federal guidelines for exercise from the Center for Disease Control is 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week – or a short 30 minutes 5 days a week. And we are also in a dire lack of sleep. Do you get the recommended 7-8 hours a night of not just quantity, but quality sleep also? And the answer is…nope.

In contrast – Americans have not had a lack of food for decades, which is easily seen all around us. But we ARE lacking in high dense nutritious foods – the rocket fuel we often talk about.

If I were going to ask you to make just one of these areas better and have the biggest impact, I’d have to go with SLEEP. The vast majority of us are super sleep deprived and have no real plan to get that caught up, as if you could catch a few decades lack of sleep up.

But if you were to start today, or this week to make a commitment to a dedicated sleep time each night, and dedicated wake up time that allows the 7-8 prime hours, and get not only the quantity, but the quality also – you just function better overall. Your exercise gets better and you can do more, and repair more, and then you have the energy to allow your body to use the great nutrients to their best advantage.

This is one of those things that the people who live the longest and best around the world do – so let’s help you to be one of them.
