1. How strength training can protect our brains as we age and build muscle mass for longevity MUSCLE MASS

Dr. J: Especially now, it is critical that we look at how many ways we can help our brains AND our bodies to be better for longer. Building muscle can help your brain, just as aerobic exercise can. The key takeway is that we need to MOVE our bodies to help our brains.

 

2. Health is the foundation of greatness: Kayla Barnes-Lentz on brain optimization and longevity  GREATNESS

Dr. J: I have started to follow Kayla. One of the key apsects of Empire Longevity is that we emphasize the idea that your health IS the foundation for any business success, any sport success, any raising great kids to be great humans success. Your health is the foundation for all your greatness. Big or small.

 

3.The Global Divide Between Longer Life and Good Health DIVIDE

Dr. J.: I have often said that no one WANTS longevity if we can't do the fun things, be with the ones we love, and get to enjoy life. We need to not only extend our years, but to extend our fun, living years also.

 

4. America is doing retirement all wrong RETIREMENT

Dr. J.: Ooofah. This one might hit a little closer to home than some other articles. We can do more with our gifts and talents, not necessarily in a 9-5 job, but use our gifts and talents to not only help others, but to help ourselves to keep moving and contributing.

 

5. Longevity Hackers: A Documentary Debuts on How to Stop Aging HACKERS

Dr. J.: I devour books and documentaries on how we can push ourselves to be more for longer. I don't agree with ALL of the information, but do see eye to eye with much of it. Give it a view and let me know what you think.
